NavTag Services (including the NavTag website, web version, NavTag APP, computer client, and related products such as the NavTag APP, hereinafter collectively referred to as "NavTag" or "this Product") are products and services provided by Shenzhen Weiyin Technology Co., Ltd. (registered address: B660 Jiayuan Business Building, No.4351 Dongbin Road, Lilin Community, Nanshan Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen; hereinafter referred to as "we"). We fully recognize the importance of personal information to you and solemnly commit to protecting the personal information and privacy security of users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users" or "you") using this product. 1. Provide you with network security and operation security
To safeguard your account security, network integrity, operational stability, and system protection against phishing website scams and Trojan malware, we may periodically collect device data as required by security protocols. This includes non-modifiable identifiers (such as manufacturer-embedded device codes like Android IMEI, Android ID, OAID, IMSI, ICCD, GAID, MEID; iOS IDFV, IDFA – all defined herein), hardware serial numbers, and MAC addresses. Please note that when you switch this product to background mode from the device interface, certain device models or system configurations may cause delayed cessation of data collection processes initiated during your previous use. This temporary background data collection may occur.
2. Provide you with other relevant product features and/or services
In order to achieve the following product features and/or services, we may need to collect corresponding personal information from you. If you refuse to provide such personal information, you will not be able to use such specific services.
1) Customer Service. When you file a complaint, provide feedback, or seek assistance with inquiries through NavTag, we may require your personal information including name, mobile number, email address, and other valid contact details to facilitate communication and resolve your issues. If you refuse to provide this information, we may be unable to promptly provide you with feedback regarding the resolution process.
2) Maintain product security and resolve issues promptly. To ensure service continuity, protect your account security, troubleshoot products, and improve our services, we collect your EXIF data, IMEI, device model information, login IP addresses, and operation logs. This information is essential for service provision and undergoes de-identification processing immediately after collection, ensuring no specific user can be identified.
3) Ensure account security. When you use password modification, security verification, appeal behavior, and abnormal operation behavior, we may require you to provide valid identity information to ensure the security of the above operations.
3. Use of your personal information based on other special circumstances
1) If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may file a complaint through our published contact information via our official complaint process. During this procedure, we will require you to provide valid personal identification information for verification. Similarly, if you request to resolve account status issues, we may also ask for valid identification details. This sensitive personal information will be strictly confidential and not shared with third parties.
2) Please understand that the features and services we provide to you are continuously updated and developed. If we need to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this Policy, change the purpose of use, or increase/decrease the collection of your personal information, we will inform you through reasonable means (such as page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc.).

1. Sharing

4) Sharing with Affiliated Companies: The products/services we provide are typically non-independent. We only share necessary personal information for the purpose of delivering product-related features and services as outlined in this policy. Should affiliated companies need to modify the processing purposes of personal information, we will seek your consent again.
2. Share personal information with partners
To fulfill the purposes stated in this policy, certain services will be entrusted to authorized partners (we will sign relevant processing agreements with authorized partners in accordance with legal requirements and supervise their personal information processing activities), such as product analytics services and technical support services. NavTag only provides access redirection services. Before using any partner's products or features, you must carefully review their user agreements and privacy policies (personal information protection policies) prior to use. We may share your personal information with partners only when you actively choose to use specific functions/services, to ensure the smooth completion of shared services and to enhance our customer service and user experience. We will only share your personal information in accordance with legal, legitimate, necessary, and good faith principles, and only the information required for the service. For companies, organizations, and individuals receiving personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements or require them to process the information in compliance with our product's personal information protection policies and other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Our partners are prohibited from using the received personal information for any other purposes. Our partners include the following types:
Technical Support Partners. Our technical support partners collect relevant personal information from users to enable their supported services. Additionally, analytical service providers collect de-identified personal data from users in compliance with their information security protocols, which helps us analyze user distribution patterns and evaluate the effectiveness of product promotion campaigns.

4. Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual except in the following circumstances:
1) We will transfer your personal information to other parties with your consent;
2) In cases involving mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new entity holding your personal information to continue complying with this product's Personal Information Protection Policy. Should any changes occur to the collection methods, processing procedures, or intended purposes of personal information as stipulated in this policy, we will require the new entity to obtain your authorization and consent again.
5. Public disclosure
We will only collect or publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:
1) With your separate consent;

6. Handling personal information without authorization according to law

II. How we use Cookies and likewise technologies
1. Use of cookie technology
We collect and use your information through cookies and store such information as log information. We use our own cookies for the following purposes:
(1) Remember your identity. For example, cookies help us identify you as our registered user or save other information you provide to us;
(2) Ensure the security of services. For example, cookies can help us identify malicious users or malicious access behaviors, detect and prevent attacks and damage to the website.

2. The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and email, instant messaging, and other communication methods with other users are not encrypted. 3. The Internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will try our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us.
4. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you in accordance with legal requirements regarding: the incident's basic circumstances and potential impacts, measures already implemented or to be taken, recommended preventive actions for risk mitigation, and remedial measures available to you. We will notify you through email, letters, phone calls, push notifications, or other appropriate channels. When individual notifications prove impractical, we will issue public announcements through reasonable and effective means. Additionally, we will proactively report the incident's resolution status to regulatory authorities as required by applicable regulations.
V. Your Rights
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and standards, we guarantee your exercise of the following rights with respect to your personal information:

1) In the following circumstances, you may request us to delete your personal information:
The purpose of processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of processing;
We cease to provide the product or service, or the shelf life has expired;

We handle personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations or agreements;

Once the deletion request is processed, we will notify all entities that obtained your personal information from NavTag simultaneously and promptly request their deletion of the relevant data. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations or with your explicit authorization, we may not immediately remove the information from our backup systems after you delete it from our services. Instead, such information will be deleted during backup updates or undergo anonymization processing.
2. Withdraw your authorization
If you wish to withdraw consent regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of other personal information we may have collected, or if you want us to correct, update, or delete your personal information, you may do so through the withdrawal procedures provided in your device's operating system or by contacting us via the contact information in this policy. We will process your request within a reasonable time after receiving your email or registered letter and cease collecting, using, or disclosing your personal information.
However, please understand and agree that when you withdraw certain authorization, the relevant product functions will not be available, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the specific functions and/or services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and your decision to withdraw the authorization will not affect the processing of personal information based on your previous authorization.
3. Response to your claims
To ensure security, when you submit the aforementioned claims, you may need to provide a written request or other means to verify your identity. We will process your request after verifying your identity. Generally, we will respond within [15] days. For reasonable requests, we will not charge fees in principle, but may charge a fee for repeated requests or those exceeding reasonable limits. Requests unrelated to your identity, unnecessarily repetitive information, or those requiring excessive technical measures (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally altering current practices), posing risks to others' legitimate rights, or being impractical may be rejected.
In the following circumstances, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements:
1) Those related to national security and defense security;
2) Those related to public security, public health and major public interests;
3) Those related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
4) There is sufficient evidence to show that the subject of personal information has subjective malice or abuse of rights;
5) Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
6) Those involving trade secrets.
VI. How do we process minor's personal information
1. Minors under the age of 14 (defined as "minors" in this policy, specifically those under 14 years old) should not create personal information accounts without parental or guardian consent. If you are under 14 years old, please ensure that your guardian has explicitly approved your use of our products and/or services before using them. You must read this policy with your guardian's accompaniment and obtain their explicit consent prior to accessing any services.
2. For the collection of minors' personal information with the consent of their guardians to use our products or services, we will only process such information when permitted by laws and regulations, the explicit consent of the guardians or necessary to protect minors.
